They’re just going to pull some bullshit and say “he didn’t say vote for him and you get money! He said if they win you’ll get money, which he meant because they won’t be stopped by Dumbocrats!”

It also won’t be illegal because he won’t follow through, just like how we all got our tarrif checks. :/

It’s still illegal to make the offer even if he doesn’t go through with it. Again, not that that matters, the rule of law in this country is broken at the federal level.

Both offering and accepting money or anything of value in exchange for votes is considered a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 597, which can result in fines and imprisonment.

I say I will give everyone, not only the Americans, but every single citizen of earth, 100,000 dollars if I’m elected for the presidency by not joining the election.

And there will be flying bicycles, not cars, but bicycles by 2029.

Sounds so stupid, doesn’t it? You wouldn’t make this news, because I’m a regular ass citizen. Why do we keep hearing about all these stupid ass thoughts/propaganda bullshit left and right from every god damn field? This is BBC lol not your local news channels. My local news channel make better news. Hell, at least they can call something stupid, if it’s stupid.

What a joke and corrupt world we’re living in.

Our news media has been acting as his mouthpiece for over 10 years. I’m so fucking sick of hearing what this demented pedophile is thinking and saying.

Yeah, let’s not fucking ever forget that, primarily Trump, and the criminals under his command protecting him are fucking pedophiles. Since the exposure of their crimes, only one fucking person was judged. One. Main stream media as always is doing amazing job covering it up.

If you are a billionaire tech CEO, US newsmedia will uncritically quote this verbatim.

I wish you were not right, but you are. They’d even go further and say I’m an environmentalist, I’d do anything to protect the world that belongs to all of us. Fucking hypocrites.

Another reminder for the ones who don’t know, since BBC doesn’t like exposing their own government either, the UK is no different than the states. Go read how asylum seekers are treated, mocked, dehumanized in the UK. I’m talking about people who were fucking raped in their own country, escaped their homeland due to death threats, some even got fucking shot literally. What does the UK do? Trying to force these people sign papers that they wouldn’t understand, to send them back their home country.

FFS the media needs to stop reporting on the bullshit he says. He’s a compulsive liar. It’s been proven long ago. He’s probably not even in ‘a broken clock is right twice a day’ territory.

ETA: I understand why reporting this can be useful for tracking his lies/crimes. But at this point the list is so long, and there are never consequences to them, so why bother.

Part of me is starting to get the call to the void feeling. Like I know things will get worse if they win, but part of me wants them to. Then I want him to not send any payment checks. I am all in on popcorn futures.

I wouldn’t be shocked if this sways most Americans. They will just look at this through their own narrow interests. At some point Americans need to be known as the pedo supporter voters. What a shit timeline we live in.

Anyone know the relevant law against paying for votes in Texas? I’d like to report this happening in my state but they want me to cite the law being violated by offering money in exchange for voting a certain way.

Idk about Texas specifically, but it seems there is a federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 597.

Whoever makes or offers to make an expenditure to any person, either to vote or withhold his vote, or to vote for or against any candidate; and

Whoever solicits, accepts, or receives any such expenditure in consideration of his vote or the withholding of his vote—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if the violation was willful, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

      https://law.justia.com/codes/us/title-18/part-i/chapter-29/sec-597/

It kind of fails to account for the idea that someone rich enough to buy votes might not mind a fine. “Cost of doing business.”
