The move comes as figures show the number of children in ICE detention has jumped more than sixfold since Trump’s return.

Unless we’re all running into the streets with the AK-47’s, missile launchers, and Abrams tanks that apparently every US citizen owns, we’re “doing nothing”.

What magic wand? People out in black bloc holding these people be accountable is not a magic wand. I am not blaming victims, I am saying the people need to be the 3rd pillar that they say they are.

I just wonder what people think ordinary citizens are supposed to do when literally anything we try is criticized. Kinda feels like you expect us to take on and defeat the US army or some shit

The CIA told us what to do all those years ago:

And the next day nothing changed.

Fight or stay home. A “peaceful march” (read: parade) was barely appropriate for Bush-era GOP misbehavior. In the face of what’s happening now? Clownish.

Maybe somebody should protect the kid and hide him somewhere they can’t take him away again. Like some kind of secret attic hiding place or something. Maybe then the little boy can start a diary to pass the time.
