Ok, thanks for that video. I think they did a great job of putting together the footage and mapping it out. I still don’t think we have info to say she was purposely impeding traffic. I get the impression they were possibly turning around the car and in the process some other cars got impatient and went around them. Then ice approached and escalated instantly like a bunch of murderous Nazis. Ice had a reason to ask them to move or what they were doing, but their actual reaction was fucking psychotic and violent.

Yeah I agree with both points. When George Floyd was murdered, society didn’t get less racist overnight. People were so pissed because we saw it happen. Anyone can say whatever they want to the contrary, but we are a visual species, and seeing someone murdered is far more emotionally impactful than hearing about it
Fair enough. I probably came off as an asshole in my comment, I was just genuinely surprised someone could keep them as a favorite band after the last few albums they released. They were just awful.

I’m just suggesting living your life in the kind of fear op suggests would lead me to not even protest. They can put me in their database because I don’t want to live in a world that is not only this bad but you can’t even peacefully protest it.
I think a comment like that encourages people to stay home and we should definitely be doing the opposite. EVERYONE should be in that fucking database. Can’t deport or kill everyone.
