They could have driven around her.
Instead, they pulled up, dismounted, and surrounded her, tried to remove her from the vehicle.
They have no authority to do that to just anyone who happens to be parked badly.
ICE can only act to inhibit a person not immediately related to the specific warrant they are actively carrying out if said person is clearly, knowingly, intentionally inhibiting the execution of that specific warrant.
That’s obstruction of justice, which they can actually arrest/detain someone for.
That is not what occured here.
Being annoying toward ICE, swearing at them, flipping them off, filming them, having a badly parked car in the middle of the road…
None of that rises to obstruction of justice.
There is no valid legal authority by which any Federal LEO can do what those degenerate murderous filth just did.
