With egg and crispy chilli oil/chilli crisp. 😁 Mangled the egg - yolk fell out half way through.

  I would usually do a poached or fried egg, but I was starving and already had a boiled egg in the fridge.

    Makes sense and that is a nicely hard boiled egg without a hint of green or gray on it.
