One of the rites of getting older is going to a store and realizing how expensive it is to cover your floors. Was actually excited this week that there was a deal on floor grating suitable for our washroom.

Last autumn I needed a small carpet to put by my door because winter was coming and the old one was disintegrating. While walking through the dollar store I saw one that seems perfect for the task. Unfortunately it seemed much bigger in the store than on my floor.
my mother got us a personalized one that’s cute about our cats. it’s also tiny. the sentiment is there, but it works better as a kitchen mat. except it says CLOSE THE DAMN DOOR THE CAT’S LOOSE and has little cute pictures of my cats
