    Nolan’s «Odyssey» is a mediocre film, and praising it solely because it «defied the right» is embarassing.

      It’s not praise to say it’s successful.

      More than that, it’s sorta funny that this is the movie chuds are mad about, when Nolans movies are just classic blockbuster stuff. It’s not woke in any meaningful way, it’s not high art or anything. It’s just what Nolan always makes.

        Man, one teacher in high school was so surprised when I reported to her how awful I found Interstellar, which she had recommended to me because «I like Space».

      Why do people think others are just doing things to defy them, also they are cultural or moral arbiters or important enough to defy
