It is ridiculous that he can be so stupid and yet americans are dumb enough that he can still get elected.
Think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are stupider than that.

You should always have the opposite inclination when it comes to Trump, namely assuming it was something he said. And yes, he did say that.
