Hey, do you know any practical resources like workbooks or zines to print out or even apps or games that help you to develop emotional and mental health tools, specially during low moments?
I mean, maybe I can do those during depressions instead of 9 sudokus a day. I can read Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
Thanks
Try betwixt (app). It’s amazing, I think they use a pay what you can model. It’s an absolute beautiful journey through your heart and mind. They really hold your hand along the way. It’s otherworldly. Entirely mental health focused. Developed by a psychologist who just wanted to help. She does yt mini clips, that are little mystical journeys of healing, too.
Before getting into the content it asks you to select $7/month or $68/year
betwixt
It demands to be installed through GooglePlay and I don’t have that option :(
Thanks though, looks interesting.
Alright, it looks like if you do a little websearch it shows more results than I’m able to process. I will try though.
I’ve tried alternatives to the app I was recommended but couldn’t get to work and I have kept one:
Finch. It has looks, tools, routines, goals and such. I fear about the data I’m giving out but oh well.
These are the workbook sources I’m going to keep around:
