caffeine addiction
insomnia
🤔
Acid reflux
All the above except depression. And the amount in the bank. I have quite bit more but still two months of miss checks we be in trouble.
My mom drinks a shitton of coffee in the morning when she wakes up and then alcohol to go to sleep at night. 🙃
Got rid of caffein, still have insomnia : / It appears that, if anything, I was addicted to caffein because of the insomnia, not the other way around.
I surmise that the former issues are direct consequences of the latter. It’s incredible how much better you feel when you don’t have to worry about money.
While this is often true, I think it’s also important to say that peoples’ mental health struggles are equally real even if they have financial security and everything apparently well in their lives.

Mom: “What are you sad about”
Me: recalling the time when she said she regretted giving birth to me
Me: “Nothing…”
(she as since “apologized” but still, I felt suicidal for months after that incident)
Furthermore, the latter problem being solved would allow the formers to make her even MORE powerful. Not happier, just more powerful.
Several chronic health issues (probably non-psychological) that doctors have been unable to even properly diagnose, let alone treat. Most likely also have chronic depression, but that’s a result of those other issues. To make it worse, all those issues make it hard to even make it to doctor’s appointments.
Plus the $67 balance prevents the first steps of getting therapy or visiting the doctor or even affording insurance.
Oh yes this is so true. Everyday I just wish I could be saved from this hell.
I live in Germany, so I don’t have that particular issue ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
