              There’s no way to elaborate on this statement without admitting that there’s at least a two-tiered legal system in place, which is the point being made. Biden had the opportunity to prosecute but did not because there is an unwritten rule that we don’t do that to certain people. Saying they didn’t have enough time is just taking the long way to the conclusion that nothing was ever going to happen.

              Unless maybe you’re aware of some law or rule that requires investigations and indictments of specific people to take much longer than normal?

      He wasn’t even appointed to investigate by Merrick Garland until nearly 18 months after he took office, which was already 2 months after the Insurrection.

      There was enough time if they hadn’t waited to decide whether to even bother with defending the country.

        How else are they gonna use it to coerce votes out of people who don’t like them? They can’t possibly do anything until an election is imminent.
