I was super curious if it was pink, moist and inviting or dried out and gray.
Looks like it’s… chewed up and pinkish. Color might be a little bit different, tbf it’s pretty dark in there.

Downvoted because Tuna are majestic fish and shouldn’t be eaten. I used to like it myself, so I am not blaming you. And eating animals is part of natures cycle, admitted - but it just pains me to see such animals that have sometimes lived for a decade or even multiple decades, being hunted to end up on our dinner tables. :/
