I guess it depends on how you interpret the “official acts” SCOTUS ruling. Was him barring journalists an official act? If so, he can’t be prosecuted for defying the courts. The SCOTUS truly created a dictator with that ruling.
You don’t have to go after trump. Just the people doing his bidding.
