It can and does. Lean into the things that make you well. That’s what I try to do. Took me years to get there though

I spent a long time being very angry. There are some days I still feel very angry but they are less and less. The only thing I’ve found helped was forgiveness and surrender. But it’s much easier said than done and I haven’t mastered it yet
