yeah, tofu just isn’t worth the effort, its such a pain to properly cook.

cabbage and pork is comparitively super easy, as there’ve been people eating variations on that dish for… quite possibly as long as cabbages and pigs have been farmed.

does look like you overcooked your pork a little and made it a bit too dry; better luck next time!

in my experience, you should cook your meat low and slow, and your veggies hot and fast for the best texture

I just went cold turkey after that, almost a decade later off meds and… well, I’ve been coping lol

my meds gave me heart palpitations and “forgetting to breathe” lol
