The problem is that women already have a function that makes them nonfertile. Its MUCH easier to simulate that function, and at the end stop simulating it, than to create a completely novel mechanism to make a man nonfertile for a certain amount of time.
Granted, the pill isn’t exactly great, but there are quite a few options for women, and they all revolve around roughly the same mechanism. The alternative is shoving a mechanical device inside, and getting to the uterus (while exceptionally unfun) is still easier than getting to the testes.
There’s also a big problem with RISUG like vasalgel (slight conspiracy theory alert here). If you sell a guy vasalgel, it’s a one-time thing. If instead you sell his partner the pill, you get to keep doing that every single day for potentially decades.

A truly Impressive warmachine that knows no equal, could best anything else in the world and has but a single tiny weakness.
Unfortunately that weakness is that it doesn’t exist. An issue found in several other amazing pieces Russian military equipment.

According to Wikipedia, yes, on the back

Just… Zoom in on the picture.
Edit: ok this version is kinda low-res. You can see her name in the second plate

It even has her name on it… It’s just pathetic
Once applied, it can be gently shifted into any direction that makes alignment worse.

Yes, one of the rules is to never confuse Cyberpunk with Cybergoth. It’s mildly acceptable to conflate it with gravers (Goth Ravers), but not if you want to make friends.
We live in society. There are rules.
Nobody has more rules than hyper niche cliques. If your locks had foam, you were very clearly deeply wrong about the actual deep meaning of whatever we imagined ourselves to be about and you’re doing everything wrong.
You might be hard pressed to find any cybergoths in the wild, though looking at current fashion, maybe I should dig up some stuff.

Let’s not discard my Cybergoth phase. I had plenty of colours, as long as they were neon
But the pan is really just a hot place to put parchment paper, so who cares.
Husband hit stage 3 when he was 16, and is still there nearing 40.

According to Russia at least

Honestly, as long as we leave him up, I’m willing to settle for any body part.
practically
Ahhh, art students trying to be practical.

replacing the functions of the system so it doesn’t matter if it collapses or not.
That’s what preppers do too. Providing their own food, water, shelter and security so that they’re not reliant on the system. Hosting your media is really just stockpiling entertainment, like someone else might stockpile food.
I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to do, and it might even be useful in some events.

is this resistance?
It’s doomsday prepping. It’s the IT equivalent of keeping 17 guns in your cottage with your buckets of food.
Useful in some highly specific cases, pointless in most. But if you enjoy doing it, there’s no harm.

Just preserving your reply here. It’s very enlightening.
Far as I’ve been able to discern (I’m still learning geo stuff) it appears to be a patsy war between NATO and Russia. The more I see outside of US media about it, the more it’s coming across as setting up Ukraine as the eastern European Israel (with even Zelenski talking about wanting to model after Israel).
This would mirror a similar situation with the US holding on to Taiwan so severely to maintain a hold in East Asia. 💀
That said, this is all just my conjecture off of the media I come across. I’m not an expert, just a loud douche.

By… Stepping outside and talking to people? I think all neighborhoods have that ability, even if we don’t really use it much.

Because you, and everyone, is in a huge bubble.
Normal people don’t give a shit where stuff is hosted, or if it’s hosted at all. The vast majority of people couldn’t care less what happens to their catpics if their phone gets crushed and they don’t want to use a separate messaging platform just to talk to you.
The things you think are important absolutely don’t matter to them. Most people don’t give a single second of thought to where their documents should live, and will just download it again on a second device instead of synchronizing anything.
It’s really nice that these things exist, but why would someone do anything with them if they literally don’t have a purpose for it?
Hey look, there’s a MGTOW instance. And now it’s blocked.
