+1 for this. I had one provided for me for some minor heart palpitations and I wasn’t expecting it to make me the best me I’ve ever been.

Not to mention those neat slide-out things that let you hold your drink. The ones that used to be called CD-roms.
Yeah I tend to agree. I adore the Brits but had an argument once over a coffee cup (ik, lol) and why some coffee cups couldn’t be microwaved. I said that ALL coffee cups should be microwavable and they vehemently disagreed, specifically because you could use a kettle, and to get over it.
Then I had to ‘Amerisplain’ haha.
TBF I scoffed at this for years. Then I put a collectible mug that wasn’t made anymore in there and bye bye handle. Sadface. It’s stupid that we can’t make coffee mugs that can handle this. What is this, the 19th century?

I not only used, but supported Windows for many many years. I loved and used their technet subscription and was pretty much an evangelist until the whole Windows 8 debacle. This was my first glimpse that they may have lost the plot, but I had faith that such an old and established entity would undoubtedly right itself.
Windows 10 only grudgingly won me over and Windows 11 was a shot across the bow. My subconscious was already planning an exit, but yeah, when the whole fk privacy initiatives came to the fore I began actively planning. The very first day I couldn’t find my files because of OneDrive and found out just how difficult it was to opt out of that? My computers started going to Linux. Their doubling down on AI simply convinced me that they have no idea what their customers want anymore. I’ve got one lone Surface Pro on Windows 10 that’s no longer supported, and I’ve got a Linux NUC solution raised like the blade on a guillotine. One machine left and I say goodbye to this shitshow forever.
My work even said goodbye to Windows recently and we use Mac now. Not a huge Apple fan either but when corporations start ditching Windows as an OS? You’d think they’d take notice. Sadly their head is so far up their ass I don’t know that they’ll care.

I wouldn’t want to be a part of what investors are doing to home ownership here…somewhere else. No.

It all depends on the dosage. Remember, suppressing the immune system means that you are reducing inflammation, which in aging is a huge component.
As the dosing regimen hasn’t been nailed down, you can absolutely overdo this and cause problems, but currently a low to medium dose only once a week, not once a day, is the regimen.
Honestly, we need to get better about talented individuals in these industries having at least an idea floating around in their minds to rebuild a new ‘insert company’ when they pull this shit. Like, have it in your backpocket and be ready to act. The only thing that can stop this shit is to use those good reputations to create competitive products.
