Honestly, seems like a pretty reasonable thing for any local law enforcement to do during a time of unrest.

They need to start setting up checkpoints on the street and detain any armed groups wearing masks with no ID. Honestly, seems like a pretty reasonable thing for any local law enforcement to do during a time of unrest.
