    Y’know those maps that Republicans bring out to say “look the whole country voted R” failing to realise that land doesn’t vote, well this is one of those times, but opposite. Paying the people doesn’t mean you’re buying the land. That’d be a separate deal and would cost a hell of a lot more than that if it were even for sale.
