You think you know more about Economics than literal Economic Professors and yet you can’t even figure out how an analogy works

            BERNIE FUCKING SANDERS

            https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-election/does-medicare-all-end-private-insurance-depends-which-candidate-you-n1005071

"Harris made a decision early in the race to run on single-payer Medicare for All, specifically a bill by Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., that would effectively replace existing private health insurance plans with a souped-up version of Medicare that covers more than the current program and requires no premiums or deductibles.

Asked by CNN’s Jake Tapper at a town hall in January whether she really intended to ban people’s existing private coverage in favor of this new Medicare plan, Harris didn’t flinch."

This is almost 7 years old now and you still don’t know this was a big part of the election? I’d say I’m shocked but I guess I shouldn’t be because you probably didn’t read any articles about the presidential candidates either

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

Our Philosophies:

  • All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
  • Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
  • Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
  • We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.

Our Goals

  • Higher wages for underpaid workers.
  • Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
  • Better and fewer working hours.
  • Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
  • Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.
