He’s likely a white supremacist which is why he is 1. a cop and 2. attacking an unarmed black girl who is visibly distraught. Willfully and gleefully escalating to punching her when she doesn’t comply because again she’s distraught. A police officer is okayed to “fear for their life” in any situation and given free reign to kill someone. Where as a civilian one must be perfect in how they handle themselves and maintain composure. You know, how abusers say things should be.
