In all seriousness no idea but probably somewhere in the last year.
He was a US soldier in Iraq he has killed many innocent civilians for fun and is just continuing what he has always done.
More like time for communities to treat ICE like ICE treats them. No other countries want them.

2·2 days agoRespect for StackOverflow not selling out to an AI training company despite being their biggest source of training. But their moderation still sucks.
All frames look very consistent to me. The only frame which has “teleport” like movement is when the gun recoil happens but this is natural because it is so fast. It also showcases the force of the projectile used against the peacful protester.
