A person was shot Tuesday morning during an incident involving U.S. Border Patrol in southern Arizona, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

The shooting occurred around 7:30 a.m. near milepost 15 of West Arivaca Road, NBC News reports.

The individual, who has not been identified, was transported to a hospital in critical condition by the Santa Rita Fire District.

    Jon Stewart had a good point about this: We saw how brazen they lied about something captured in HD from like 8 different angles. Imagine how they lie when there’s no immediate evidence to contradict them.
