the image is of such shitty quality you can’t even confidently say if it is ai slop (which i suspect it is). what is the point of posting this? is there really no threshold?
You should probably go see an eye doctor as soon as you can.
if you think this is presentable image i am pretty sure you should take your own advice.
it started with incorrectly focused photo and resaving and rescreenshoting the image for 12 years did not improve it a bit.
the good news is that the oldest version of the image is from 2014, so it is probably not ai.
