Minnesota does have it’s own state level RICO act. I’m sure the state is already building a case. That’s why they want all the eye witness footage they can get. With enough evidence they can establish the key actions they need to prove to win a rico case
Are we arresting people for aiding and abetting a fugitive?
It certainly seems like an organized effort, the leaders should be persecuted
RICO to the rescue? Multiple people looking to kill people they seem undesirable and cover it up or justify it in a cross state fashion?
