    07% vs 5.7%? did they misplace a decimal point?

    I hope they meant 0.7% otherwise their whole argument flips.

      The other problem is that you wouldn’t put a rate into a rate. It should be 7 in 100k without a percent. The percent doesn’t need “in 100k”
