So my Reddit account got permanently banned again, I assume due to me using a VPN… Of course I can appeal but it won’t go anywhere, it is just ridiculous. They claim it is due to ban evasion but I don’t know what ban they are even talking about.

How is Reddit determining this? Simply by IP?

      Reddit is an example of dead Internet theory, completely overrun with bots and Russian troll farms. Just move on.
