It’s also not the job of cops to arrest people that are not in their district/responsibility area/whatever. That would be like the person responsible for the cash register stocking Isle 13 because the other employee isn’t doing it. If that person manages to do both, mad respect, but it’s not something that should be expected.
Corruption in the police is everywhere. I would bet that there are almost no cops that havent witnessed a colleague do something illegal during their duty. Its not far away, its everywhere and up close and yet cops always decide to turn a blind eye.
It’s not the job of retail workers to arrest people who are bad retail workers…
