There’s an old saying about grand juries that also applies to a great many judges: They would indict a ham sandwich if the DA asked them to.

American judges don’t need to have any actual knowledge of the law, they just have to get the job.
There are enough corrupt MAGA judges that, if they try long enough, a case will land with one.
Like Trump’s Insurrection case landing with Jack Smith, and the Stolen Documents case with Cannon.
