Super simple recipe:
1.5 lbs stew meat
2.5 cups beef broth
5 oz tomato paste
5 carrots, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
Sage to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Dash of cinnamon

Throw it all together in the instant pot and pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles with a big hunk of crusty bread.

      I gave both an instant pot and a Zojirushi and it wasn’t until your comment that I realized I should use both at the same time. I’ve mostly used my instant pot to make chili or oat meal.

      The beef stew looks great Pablo. I’ll need to try to make that.

      Potatoes entered the chat

      EDIT: 30s later I realized this may have made more sense in my head. Root veggies have better timing so I sub potatoes for rice. I make rice in it when I do stir fry tho.
