At the same time, the filing alleges, “large amounts of hazardous material were being delivered into the buildings, compounding the dangers of the buildings being over capacity.”

    You didn’t see nothing.

    -, I mean. Assuming someone could have maybe initiated said hazard at night when no one was around.

    If you use existing hazards, it’s really hard to prove it was sabotage.

    That was listed in that sabotage guideline brochure being passed around.
