The department shared on X, formerly Twitter, an 11-second montage of American artwork captioned: “One Homeland. One People. One Heritage.”
The language immediately drew damning comparisons to the Nazi Germany slogan “Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Führer,” which translates to “One People, One Realm, One Leader,”
Why stop there? “Homeland” translates to “geheimat staat”, which is the Ge Sta part of Gestapo.
