These two components can be combined to make something called piranha solution. I think you can extrapolate from incomplete data here.

As much as I would like to know what is going on, I am very skeptical of any article coming from the dailymailuk.
There was an enormous shipment of acid and apparently some areas were found stripped of their gypsum board. These two components can be combined to make something called piranha solution.
