I’ve said this before, but I have recently thought about what changes there are in human psychology when you go from being in a place where you can let out a guttural scream comfortably vs not.
Like, I’m sure in the past, when someone needed to, it must have been pretty easy to just go to a gorge or whatever and yell about the world for a bit.
Now, it seems no matter where you go, there’s people nearby that you wouldn’t want to confuse/annoy with your screaming. So many times I’ve wanted to just have a few moments of non-destructive rage in my apartment but know that this would upset all my neighbors.

It just feels incredibly stifling.
Is there anything to this or am I just rambling…
screaming into a pillow works, just not as satisfying lol
People scream in their cars too.
what, you dont keep a screaming pillow in your car??
I have a full set of miniature sound absorbing cars inside my designated screaming pillow.
