Understandable, and that’s the issue. I’m not saying morality should be an exemption, but there’s a difference between actively supporting, condemning, and just allowing people to coexist-knowing we’re the same yet not all the same.

If I could hire at my company, I would! “We don’t have the budget” for extra IT.

If you’ve never “practiced” a religion, then its pretty easy to be judgmental towards it. Many people grow up in very religious households and it’s hard to beak away from what was so normal for so long. I grew up in one of these households, and while I don’t actively participate in going to church anymore, it still helped shape me to be who I am, and I wouldn’t have such a strong core group of friends without it.
All the crazy stuff people associate with Christians is due to televangelists mostly being predatory, movies/TV, bad spotlight or events coming to light (like ~20 years ago there media focused on all the Catholic boys who were molested by various priests).
I, myself, am not about to get preachy and defensive towards religion, but I would like to play devils advocate and argue that the racial equality fight, women’s rights, and more recently LGBTQ movement towards equal healthcare and or acceptance is no different than a simple:
“If you’re going to be accepting of somebody, you should be accepting of everybody”.
Funny how some (not specifically picking on you or anyone) can get so defensive and upset fighting for acceptance of one thing while simultaneously they themselves can’t accept others merely for their beliefs… Kind of hypocritical, isn’t it?

Hell yeah! Time to rise up!

2 solutions:
I always feel if the cord goes over the top when you wake up to grab it and pull down you end up pulling the cord out of the phone anyway because the cord has resistance hanging off the end. Though, the cord I use is a heavier duty one I’ve had for years with a braided sheath to protect it, that might also add weight making it difficult and drag more.
That’s an unfortunate waste of cheese

They’re hiking prices with every gust of wind as an excuse. Tariffs? Hike 'em. AI? Hike 'em. Market uncertainty? Hike 'em. War? You guessed it, hike 'em.
Regulation would help for sure! Let’s get it done.

Anyone else get use GadgetBridge instead of the respective brand’s app? It goes a long way into keeping your usage data private IMO.
We got a Air Pictionary game where you can draw in the air but displays on TV, but that requires an app WITH a user account to go along with it… So it’s sitting unused because I’m not signing up for your stupid app that’s harvesting my data!

I’m not trying to be mean, but she looks eerily like Trump with her squinty eyes, pursed lips, and RBF. Like, A Catlyn Jenner version of Trump. Does nobody else get those vibes?

You’re looking at Claude, I don’t See Copilot
Edit: ignore me, I finally reviewed the article and is through GH, not actual MS 365 page.

Of course it is… Funny though, bc nobody really uses it at work, so our pricing should theoretically go down… But I doubt it, MS will find a way to make it go up

Same, it didn’t dawn on my flashing LineageOS that my IR may not work. Several F-Droid IR apps are terrible
Edit: https://f-droid.org/packages/us.spotco.ir_remote is about the only semi decent, but for TCL you have to do custom remote which takes some work.
You can also export and import which might save you time

I’ve kept my old TCL phone around as a remote at home bc the app worked so well and was easy to use. I just realized it’s not available in the Play store, nor apk pure for historical availability. I cannot hold down the icon to share. When I browse the file explorer I see the app but it doesn’t give me anything to view to copy… I wish I could share it!!

He mentions 9/11 being 22 years ago, so October 2023 was the post.
Either way, I’m sharing information that might be helpful or beneficial to others, not here to argue with someone whose mind is already made up or trolling.

I mean, not really… Just spreading the word.

Why? My outlet is lower than my phone in almost every instance, so my voted going down towards the charger makes the most sense.
Besides, my IR Blaster, mic, and 3.5mm jack are at the top 😁

“Forward leaders, members, and candidates are expected to act ethically and with integrity. That said, we are all fallible and make mistakes. At Forward, we are expected to admit them and work to rectify any harm we have caused.”
Straight from https://www.forwardparty.com/#values
And, you somehow know exactly what Andrew Yang stands for, through and through? You know him that well? I mean, the only Israel thing i saw support for was in 2021, way before this war started.
If you do recall, Biden and Harris were both pro Israel, and Harris expressed support multiple times. Trump criticized her for that and was part of his campaign…
So Yang supporting Israel is no different, and people like you are just pro-1-sided instead of checking the facts or allowing critical thinking to persuade you otherwise. You know, while some hate George Washington, he warned in his farewell address of loyalty to a party vs loyalty to the country. It’s counter-productive and dangerous (more or less).
https://politicalawareness.org/washingtons-warning-and-the-problem-of-party-loyalty/

Show me proof where the party is pro Israel. One person’s opinion doesn’t represent an entire party, and that’s the exact issue WITH today’s current politics! It’s easy to dismiss something when you don’t like ONE thing about it, yet the rest of that thing could be far greater than that one thing. Maybe he also sees the need for something more than just independents being alone, and sort of giving many a “home” to be affiliated with or represented by.
A centrist view can easily apply to half the country-OR MORE, because about 40-45% are already independent or only slightly lean towards a party, and the other ~60% is split in the 2 parties. The issue with the 2 parties is they’re bought and paid by mega Corps and big wealthy donors so they can keep control, NOT the constituents. If you like being a simp for them, fine, but, progressive, to me, means looking beyond the current limitations of this system and doing/supporting what is necessary to regain control of our country.

I don’t even think you read the post, because, again, regardless of your views, a party that pushed ethics, values, and others’ needs before their own is a pretty big deal. So, maybe instead of being dismissive, you open up a little to consider the fact it might not be as bad as your initial thought.
Touché. Again, just playing devil’s advocate for this topic, having lived both sides. More so it’s easy to be dismissive of something one does not understand.
