The ship, previously known as Bella 1, was boarded while south of Iceland in an operation supported by British armed forces.
A UK government spokesperson said: “The Bella 1 entered UK waters to be replenished with essential supplies - including food and water for the crew - earlier today before it continues its onward journey.”
The UK government has no direct involvement in the replenishment operation.
I didn’t see anything written about where it will be going

And I think its 32% or basically 1/3rd of the population that voted for Trump
Here’s the maths using numbers from the above article so people can tell me where I’m wrong:
77,303,568/((77,303,568+75,019,230)/0.641)

With 36% choosing they didn’t care enough to vote:

I hope it’s a start to more governments starting to grow a backbone for standing up to US tech companies

A lot of those methods involve completely ignoring people’s interests or the legal system, the international order, deliberately trying to kneecap institutions that get in your way, filling the government with people of one political view while trying to remove those of the other political views, threats, bribes, and weaponising the justice department. I can see how that worked to get more done but I think even with noble goals thats a pretty expensive cost to get there

This is crazy on its own. Crazier that its before the case for Cook’s removal gets to the Supreme Court. And crazier again because he’s set to be replaced as the head in a few months anyway

I get the condescending thing you’re going for but this is lost on me:
Instead of talking about that, you’re going to reply with a story about the lack of education in America.

I thought cameras on phones were a gimmick. To be fair, they were pretty low quality back then but I still use it to remind myself not to be too overconfident because boy was I wrong.

Its basic maths. A sample of one.
Also, what the fuck?
Where am I debating? I’m asking for information because I would love to have more information. Some random declaring something isn’t really information. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the poster was mostly right. I’m not here to split hairs, I’m just curious and the reply doubled down with a non-answer

That’s not very statistically relevant.
Also… why reddit when we’re using Lemmy commenting on a channel designed for news links? Repeat your prompt for me?

Any chance you have some data to show how accurate that is? And, are you making a global statement, or just one about Georgia?

Your question is confusing because:
Can you put an edit at the bottom of this, something like:
“”" Edit: When I said frontpage, I mean the page that initially loads, the one that shows your subscribed channels or if you have none “All”. “”"

Governments don’t own most media. For private companies that rely on money, clickthrough rates decrease for events that continue and that has to be one contribution for the decrease

There’s photos here with some interviews and discussions of posts on socials:

I see a downvote here: the victim’s socials are pretty well leaked / commented on so it seems a bit asymmetrical.

What’s the issue with their code of conduct, or having them in general?
I’m in a different boat because I want global news measured by importance and I think that includes a lot of Trump but your post got me thinking.
I think I’m only / mostly seeing Trump posts in news channels and politics discussion channels.
Do you have examples of channels that you subscribe to that have more Trump posts than you like?
Maybe that shows a pattern, helps other people offer suggestions for different channels or helps hone the rules for the channels you’re a part of.
