I have to disagree with the hard to feel bad part . I’m American. Every election I’ve ever voted in has been plagued with Trump. I didn’t spend 80 years saying that it couldn’t happen here. I’ve never really seen what an election without Trump looks like. At least not one that I was old enough to participate in. It’s difficult for me to not feel that the older generations have let my generation down. That’s where my frustration lies. I don’t think the younger generation deserves the blame yet.

I don’t mean to sound morbid, but I’m excited that boomers are close to aging out of politics (aka dying). Will be nice to finally have some younger representation. Too bad it couldn’t have happened sooner.

Nah I got that part. Just not the best user experience if it gives an error even if it works. But I guess it’s low priority since you ideally only login once.

Was it a one time fluke or does it give the same error if you login again?

Blorp dev here. As of right now, images should not be cropped. Theres always a chance we encounter some weirdness with reading the aspect ratio of an image, but if everything goes correctly, it shouldn’t crop. A few people have asked for a max height for post thumbnails so they don’t take up too much vertical space, but as of right now, that hasn’t been implemented.

Ahhh I forgot about Fuji’s film simulations. But I still can’t imagine you spend more than $5k on a camera and use jpegs.

Most “lossless” compressions (e.g. PNG) wouldn’t work here, because they throw away a lot of extra data you get raw from the camera sensor. Hence photographers using their camera’s “raw” file type to retain as much data as possible. A PNG may capture everything you as a consumer sees in an image, but raw file types will retain extra information you can use when editing a photo.

If you’re spending this much on a camera and only shooting JPEG, what are you doing lol
