I understand your concern, though one should register as a Democrat at least temporarily unless you know your state has Open Primaries if you want to reform the Democratic party.

If you want to vote to get AIPAC and corporate Dems out in primaries and put better ones in, then you must register Dem for closed primaries.

Oh I do agree. I just try my best to study the optimal ways of reaching these people. The disconnect is that the pressures they feel are often legitimate; it’s just that church, their social circles, their lack of education and travel, social media, fox news and affiliates redirect their attention to the wrong root problems over and over again every day.

The current time is to reach out to every friend, acquaintance, co-worker, or maga person you know in your actual community and get offline. The next time to do something is voting for better Democratic candidates in the primaries. Throughout will be more No Kings protests which at every interval has helped chip away Trump’s support. The next time will be the midterms where the first real power can be taken back.
