Worth noting that cards such as this (with mote than one M.2 slot) require the mainboard to support PCIe bifurcation – which most old boards likely do not.
Edit: Cards with just one slot do not require this feature so you can plug them into any board that has a free PCIe slot. Unless you also want to boot from them, in which case you might need to modify your UEFI. I went that route and succeeded, but be aware of the risks involved.
No need to feel anxious about it. Yes, they’re certainly not a cure-all. But over the past year, little by little, I’m constantly feeling better.
It is work, but at least I’m finally getting the feeling of being able to work through things. Having the energy to actually start tasks. Staying focused on them (mostly).
Prioritizing is still difficult, but don’t let the capitalist grindset manipulate you into thinking that whatever you’ve been drifting off to is not worth doing.
Are you sure it’s not an ADHD thing? Cause inside my head it’s just like you described and I do not only have ADHD but also ASD.
