Also, bodycams were always a cop wishlist item. They control the footage, does anyone think if ICE had bodycams there would be transparency? Of course not, there would be a ton of “malfunctioning” bodycams when they did some shit, and in any case where a civilian showed even a hint of resistance or that they might fight back, the footage would be used to bury them.

People who are in wheelchairs still shower the same amount. Depending on the nature of their impairment they may be able to stand long enough to shower, or they may climb into the tub and have a shower bench, or they may have an assistant who helps them shower. It’s pretty ableist to assume that someone with a mobility impairment isn’t able to maintain their hygiene.

That seems to be a subject of debate but the Supreme Court has ruled in the past that the bill of rights applies to anyone in the US, not just citizens.
