

“Eat the rich” is ideologically consistent because its proponents believe wealth is innately wrong and violent, therefore violence against them is warranted.
“Tax the rich” is used by people who don’t think that, and who usually have no moral objection to taxation either. They generally want the rich to simply contribute their fair share.

Musk literally does Nazi salutes, buys elections and promotes white supremacy. Making fun of his hobbies isn’t the appropriate reaction.
