To steer the policies of the nation as a whole in a way that his constituents desire, (or for the good of the nation). His role certainly extends to monitoring and defining what the nation does in the name of it’s citizens.

But he has done none of that, either.

Every assumption is that you use a phone. Why not a simple dedicated video camera? It eliminates many of the concerns.

I think AI will be the missing key. The ability to micromanage millions of inputs at once and respond with control corrections in microseconds can push this over the top. I’ve read of some progress on this front already.

While I agree with you, it should not be something that divides us. It’s a debatable point between reasonable people. Let’s settle the big stuff first, and look at the details later. And withhold judgement
