What helps me is the following :

• Ask yourself if it matters in a day, a week, month, year.
• write down what you need to do and when.
• if you know you won’t be finishing in time, stop before the deadline and complete the tasks that you did finish. communicate to the ones that set the date before the deadline.

So how does this work? First it is closing the borders so no one can enter and now the US border is expanding towards the people who you would like to keep out?
