The North Atlantic Treaty is a full on treaty ratified by congress, not just some rinkydink international “agreement” like the Paris climate accords. A ratified treaty supersedes all other state and federal law second only to the constitution.

Now I’m no constitutional scholar, but I’m pretty sure that “all” means “ALL”. Wouldn’t an attack against Greenland be equivalent is the eyes of the law (whatever that’s worth nowadays) to an attack against the US, even if perpetuated by USians?

Honestly, maybe is just my experience of being and living among well adjusted short folk, but it doesn’t seem to be the extreme shorties who have the insecurity issues. We either DGAF or revel in it.
