I can kind of get what you mean. I like TPS purely because of ClapTrap and the Story. But there’s something about its gameplay that just feels… meh? Like I’ve played a few others so I know it can be a blast. But some thing is a little off. Maybe I’ll take my friend and backtrack to Borderlands 1 for a bit
I forgot about that. I lost that too. Thankfully anything I wanted was backed up to Steam Cloud (So game saves mostly). I mean, I lost some ScreenShots from Alan Wake 2 I would have liked to keep, along with Silent Hill f. But I’m not attached enough that it’s a major loss.

I bought it completely on a limb. I’m really enjoying it though. I like that the difficulty isn’t nightmarishly hard, but also it isn’t super easy
I’m the same way. I’ll try and stack up damage and then just rush the boss. Never goes well. I love poison though because when I finally decide to pull back there’s a flow of damage that keeps going
I tried getting into it for a little bit, especially when playing Arkham Asylum with some of the more advanced tools like freecam. Reshade i’ve had a few brushups with though, and even used it to simulate a CRT effect on Halo CE/2. The only downside is i have to remember to manually turn Anticheat off, which thankfully isn’t too hard, just i forget too and then get confused why it won’t run. I might try experimenting with it though for some more artsy screenshots. I’d love to start going in that direction with screenshots, or at least some of them
Another update? Damn. I still haven’t caught up with the last one. Makes me glad to see them supporting the game so thoroughly
Thankfully i haven’t had many run ins with cheaters, but there’s definitely a huge skill gap between me and other players every other game
damn, i’m not very far in but i think if i lost my save that would kill all motivation for me. At least for a long while
I never end up being able to handle cannibalism in games. I think hearing about the Donner Party really put me off from it, even if they’re as close as you can get to “Moral Cannibalism”
This cultist has been causing problems for a bit, i’m sure the lamb is more than pleased about this lol
I’m starting to discover that lol. It really makes things more manageable even if it is slower. It’s a shame, i’ve really started trying to “save” everyone i come across since they always seem to be in some sort of Mortal peril

Yeah. It’s one of the things I miss most about playing on PlayStation. I wish separating main game and DLC was more common
Fair enough, some people don’t care for shooters in general and some people don’t care for how Slow paced Halo can feel, especially the first 5 games which don’t have a dedicated sprint. I will keep having fun though, thank you!
Yeah. I’m extremely lucky the only thing that really got negatively impacted by it was my grades. I’m also lucky it only lasted about a month or two. I’ve seen people come out of things like that way worse for wear
Zomboid, for me personally, is one of the most immersive games. It’s a life sim with such in depth mechanics i feel like my character is an actual person growing
That’s basically how i’d summarize it. I like the Combat, it’s far easier than Hades though, as it feels far less focused on repeat loops. I have died maybe a total of twice, and i’m someone that doesn’t really touch Roguelikes
I was considering 100%ing it, at least as far as Steam Achievements are concerned. I find they’re a good metric to measure whether you’ve explored all the interesting sides of a game, at least when they’re done right. I saw though the DLC achievements are bundled in with the main game. It’s trivial but it has kind of put me off 100%, at least until i get the DLC that is
That’s the same thing stopping me from switching my friends from Linux. I know one of them would if I pushed.
I’ve been daily driving Linux for almost 2 years and also always have a minor issue daily. “Oh. Bluetooth module decided it just didn’t want to work. Better reload. Oh. Reloading doesn’t work? Got to restart. Oh. Now my Wi-Fi has completely crapped the bed and restarts every 5 seconds”.
Then the major issues are catastrophic, even though rare. I once had a system just start… filling up empty storage at a rate of 1 GB a second with an empty log file. I couldn’t figure out why. Ended up reinstalling everything.
I don’t mind fixing these issues. And hell, I have fun, but I’m the only computer guy in our group though so I’d be playing tech support for these people if they ever changed.
