If everything were released Trump and his administration would call the release fake news and label the victims domestic terrorists for trying to destabilize the presidency. His MAGA base would drink it all up, parade images of the girls on Fox News and call the victims sluts and whores. Say they were asking for it. In the end nothing would change. Trump will still have his supporters, he could rape a baby on 5th Avenue, then shoot it in the head and still not lose votes.

Embedded contract work. A lot of places have seen the benefits of keeping a small labor pool and expanding capacity with contract workers only when needed. It’s a lot cheaper to contract a person to work for a year and have them figure out their vacation and benefits than it is to hire an employee you need to keep on. You can terminate the contract at anytime, no severance pay. They need to figure out coverage for their vacation and if they can’t it’s their problem. Same with them being sick, the contract says they’ll find someone to fill that position. If they get injured it doesn’t reflect on your insurance. Plus they need the job so they stay on year to year. You can even contract them for less the next year, can’t do that to an employee.

I hate to tell you this, but Trump is becoming very popular with the average Canadian. The average Canadian hates their own government so much that they’d rather throw it away and become America’s 51st state. If you come to Canada to escape MAGA you’re just going to run into more MAGA.

Yeah there’s a surprising number of Canadians who are enthusiastic about Trump and the idea of becoming America’s 51st state. Particularly in Alberta.

The ones worth watching in my opinion are, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, finally Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks together. As for The Original Series, Enterprise, Discovery, Cadets, Picard, and the rest can be skipped. The Original Series is fun to go back to but it’s so unlike the rest I can’t get into it.

Also jury nullification. Doesn’t matter if the verdict the jury delivers is guilty or innocent, so long as the jury says one thing and thinks another it’s jury nullification.
