Sexual Abuse is a problem in all churches. The only reason the Catholics get it so bad is because they are the largest Christian organization on Earth, and by a long shot.
The southern baptist convention apparently has pages and pages of accusations and evidence of their own and recently voted not to release it.
Im personally an atheist, but I dont believe that church leaders are more prone to harm than others. Only that people who would harm children are attracted to jobs that provide authority over,and access to, children.
I do, however, believe that a religious organization is more likely to suppress or cover up accusations. Many churches place the good name of the leader or organization above the goodwill of its congregates.
