Now instead of asking to verify age, make the parents input the age bracket and you reinvented parental controls. The correct way to protect children.

It does not have to be separate. No legally recognized marriage for anyone. You want marriage, go to a priest. No reason for gov to stick their nose in.
It is pretty much a violation of separation of church and state to take a religious term from a religious ritual like marriage and giving it legal weight.

Please see the edit with clarification, since I guess I wrote it poorly and multiple commenters did not get my point.

Please see edit of my comment. Since it seems my point did not get across, I elaborated. Of course there are plenty right now since there are no barriers yet.

While it does not affect them directly, it is unlikely most app developers will give significant effort to only support a small percentage of Android users running custom ROMs. So while GrapheneOS users will be able to install apps, there will likely not be that many apps to install.
Edit: What I mean is that most applications will have to choose to either agree to google terms and identify themselves, or develop only for custom ROMs, or stop developing altogether. And I don’t think many will choose the 2nd option. Also, 1st option may not be available if google does not like your app.

How many times was this method used on them? The method is solid. The people in power refusing to genuinely prosecute the Epstein class is a different problem.

Absolutely not. First, you depose them. Under oath. And then you investigate. If you investigate first without deposing them, you have to have evidence so bulletproof they can’t come up with some story justifying it or explaining it away. If you depose them first, they already had to choose a story to go with and you just prove they lied. The more you depose them, the easier that is.
This is how pretty much all civil lawsuits go as well.
I mean, copyright was supposed to be limited to 20 years, same as patents. I don’t think we would need anything else if we went back to that. There is no reason for copyright to last about a century like it does now.

It is also possible the (lower level) prosecutors are not really on-board with Trumps BS and are not really trying to convince the grand juries. Just doing the bare minimum to keep their job.

Unies are usually not free for non-citizens. At least not where I live.

I think rather than good enough, it is a good start.

That actually doesn’t work. Most large email providers will put you into the spam folder unless you are a well known server. Microsoft doesn’t even bother with that and outright throws the emails away entirely. Plus, most ISPs block sending emails from residential IPs and cloud providers block sending them from cloud.
This is such a stupid way to frame it. The Pentagon would have no issue to (semi-reasonably) spend extra $50 trillion, if you give them 20 years to do it.
But most military factories are already busy pumping out equipment for Ukraine etc. And US shipyards are atrophied from underinvestment, plus no new ship designs are ready for production despite US Navy needing urgent modernization. So yes, if you tell the Pentagon to spend half a trillion in a year on short notice, that creates logistic issues. This will be true for pretty much any military, no matter how underfunded or overfunded. It does not tell you anything about whether the US military needs the money.
