I feel you. Back when I was a police officer, after I was stabbed in the left eye socket with a broken beer bottle, I grabbed the ‘suspect’ by the neck and belt, used his head as a battering ram into the solid wood bar, causing temporary paralysis. Nerve compaction I’m told. Apparently I placed the cuffs on one of his arms and the barstool, but to be fair, I couldn’t fucking see. Fight or flight is no joke. Never been to that level since but I do wear glasses now. Luckily both of us are okay long term although, one of us has a criminal record for assaulting a peace officer and one wears glasses. I should mention it was serving an arrest warrant for child abuse so I don’t feel the least bit bad, but I shortly thereafter realized I couldn’t do that job anymore because I was likely to kill someone. Cataloging child abuse does something to you.

Well, last game was fallout 4 so… Kind of okay I guess? I mean I did side with the institute and all my settlements are maxed for people and have more than 150 in defense, 40 water at most, and over 50 food. So I have people, healthcare, an army (technically 2, minutemen)

I mean, accepting you’re aging with grace is way better than publicly displaying you’re actively fighting a losing battle. We have not made strides so great with medical procedures that you can’t tell you’ve had alterations done. Get enough of them and you look like a lizard person. She absolutely owned her beauty when it was external, now is the time to show the character behind the skin is worth knowing. She’s doing that with statements like this imo. But I don’t know if that’s worth anything.
