Maybe some outages if some company that manages a part of the infrastructure collapses, however the know-how wouldn’t get lost and new structures would form.
You also contradict yourself in the first sentence. If billionaires don’t want a global crash that is (according to you) preceded by their beheading why should they try to accelerate this?
